Thyroid results

I am currently taking 60 of armour thyroid once a day.  I have not been feeling good at all and I can not loose weight despite trying everything.  I was told my labs were normal but I wanted to see if there was any insight

Free t4.   1.09
TSH.       1.01
A1C.        5.1

Any feedback would be great

A fairly usual range for FT4 is 0.8-1.8.  If that's your lab's range (be sure to verify that), your FT4 is quite low.  Many of us find FT4 has to be close to midrange before we feel well.  Of course, so soon after having a baby, it's hard to tell what's thyroid and what's your body rebalancing after the pregnancy.  However, your FT4 looks like you might need an increase in your Armour.

Ask your doctor if he's testing FT3 as well.  FT3 is the test that correlates best with symptoms.  Furthermore, Armour contains T3, so levels should be being monitored.  If he hasn't tested FT3, I'd ask him to repeat FT4 and TSH adding FT3.

I have hashimotos and i can find out the ranges when i go to the dr on Tuesday. I was told that they were all normal.  I had a baby 4 months ago and I feel like everything is so out of wack. I have crazy hot flashes and my hair is falling out but the hair can be due to the pregnancy.  My skin doesn't look  very god either

What's the reference range on your FT4?  Ranges vary lab to lab, so you have to post them with results.  Also, on the A1C?

Did your doctor test FT3?

Do you have other hypo symptoms besides inability to lose weight?  Do you know the cause of your hypo?
