Thyroid results

I have done ultrasound last year and I repeated it this year.

The last year report was:
The right lobe measures 48*14*11 mm .
The left lobe measure 37*16*7 mm
The isthmus measure 2.25 mm
The right lobe shows a 4.7*4.7mm calcified hypoechoic nodule in its upper pole and a 3.5mm hypoechoic nodule in its lower pole. The rest of the gland shows a homogenous parenchyma and a normal vascularity.
No lymphadenopathy is seen

This year report is :
The thyroid gland is normal in size measuring 4.9*1.2*1.4cm on the right and 4*1*1.2cm on the left showing few hypoechoic well-circumscribed nodules measuring:
4.5mm in the upper pole of the right lobe
4mm in the lower pole of the right lobe.
1.6mm in the lower pole of the left lobe
The isthmus measure 2.8mm of thickness
No lymph node is seen in the jugular axes
Clinical correlation is recommended.

Just to mention TSH is normal. My appointment at the dr is after one week . Please can you explain for me

4.7 mm calcified hypoechoic makes no sense (it is most likely completely calcified); does it have internal blood flow?
1.6 mm nodule can be an artifact (the resolution of most ultrasound equipment is about 0.5 mm)
