I just responded to another question from you... are these questions related?  Typically, it's best to keep all your questions in the same thread, so we don't keep asking you to post the same information over and over.

Hands and feet going to sleep isn't, typically, a thyroid symptom, though, numbness and tingling can be a symptom of hypothyroidism.

Have you been diagnosed with a thyroid condition?  If so, which condition?  Are you currently taking a thyroid medication? If so, which one, what dosage and for how long have you been taking it?

If you have thyroid related test results, please post them, so we can see what your thyroid status is.  Be sure to include reference ranges, which vary lab to lab and have to come from your own report.

Is TSH the only test that's being run on you? You should also be getting Free T3 and Free T4, which are the actual thyroid hormones, but I see you are in U.K and we know from past experience with other members it's difficult to get adequate testing due to stringent regulations of NHS.

If you're having trouble losing weight, that would be another indication that your thyroid hormones may not be properly adjusted.

Have you had Free T3 and Free T4 tested?

Have your doctors tested Free T3 and Free T4?

Per AJWS6 - Are you diabetic?  Numbness and tingling in hands and feet are symptoms of diabetic neuropathy.  They can also be symptoms of long standing untreated vitamin B-12 deficiency.  Have you been tested for that?

Are your vitamin D levels normal?
