Tingling in lips postop for TT

I just got home from surgery yesterday afternoon for a TT following huthle cell FNA.  Surgery was the morning of March 10, 2009.  I woke up today with tingling in my lips.  I know this is related to calcium deficiency which was found postsurgically.  Do I need to panic?  Call the doctor?

I would call the doctor right away so they can check your calcium levels. Are you taking any calcium? Did they find you deficient in the hospital after the surgery?
