What are the reference ranges on your FT3 and FT4? Ranges vary lab to lab, so you have to post both together. Your FT4 looks extremely low.
What are your symptoms?
We would be better able to comment if you would please post the reference ranges for the test results, as shown on the lab report.
One thing to keep in mind is that there are two main types of hypothyroidism. One is called primary, which is related to Hashimoto's Thyroiditis. Hashi's is a disorder of the autoimmune system in which the thyroid gland is identified as "foreign" to the body and antibodies are produced to attack and destroy the gland. Along the way to destruction, the TSH rises and Free T3 and Free T4 are diminished, causing hypo symptoms.
The second is called central hypothyroidism, which is characterized by Free T3 and Free T4 low enough to cause hypo symptoms, but also a relatively low in the range TSH, due to hypothalamus/pituitary malfunction. Doctors often overlook central hypothyroidism due to their misplaced belief that TSH tells them all they need to know about thyroid status.
One last thing, please tell us about the symptoms you are having.
