Tsh level question

I wanted to ask the gangs opinion.  Tsh went from 7.1 to 2.22 to now 1.14.  When it was at 2.28 I felt a little better. Not as shaky, didn't get bouts of diareah and wasn't as cranky.  I only take 1/2 a .025.  I have hashimotos and am hypo by nature.

Shelf life is 5 days on meeds but I'm really sensitive.  If I don't take the medicine despite the fact it's only a small amount I feel pretty bad.

Today tsh 1.14 and t4 free 1.30.

My question is, does anyone else feel better when levels are a little bit closer to to 5.0 etc?  Any advice?  Also my ears ring pretty bad now..........  Bruce

I was really dissapointed to see they only did tsh and t4

tsh 3rd generation 1.41    0.40-4.50
t4 free  1.3   0.8 -1.8

sometimes i feel good, and then all of a sudden my ears will ring worse, stomache will get upset, ill start shaking.  It happens off and on throughout the day.   I also had my gallbladder out in the middle of all this mess so it could be related to that as well but I think its probably thyroid related.

I have always felt better when my TSH is around 2.3 - 2.5 Bruce.
Despite the fallacy that the TSH should be closer to 1.0, I think I would go nuts if it was at that.
Anything lower than 2.0 and I feel as if my finger is in a light socket !

I cant comment on yr T4 level as dont have the refernce ranges.
Can you post them and  also have you had a FREE t4 done or a normal T4?
And also did they run a FT3 test?
