You have a large nodule but the scan says no sign of autoimmune and it may be thyroiditis.
Have you had Hyper symptoms?

Opps sorry that didn't copy right..free T4- 7.9pmol/L-Ref. Range (10.0-19.0)
TSH-144 mIU/L (0.50-4.00)
Anti-Thyroid Peroxidase > 1300 ( 286 (<60)
That's the Anti globulin at 286 <60..ATP.. is 1300<60 Dawn.
You definately have an autoimmune disease...Hashi's.
The radiographer who did the report on the scan may not have known you have Hashi's and has stated thyroiditis instead but your antibodies show Hashi's.
I dont think there is any need for any panic with the nodule...most come back benign.
But with the high antibodies....it is destroying your thyroid pretty fast.
Are you on a T4 med? If not..you should be with your TSH that high.
Just noticed your in Oz...hi to a fellow Aussie :)
Lol yes hi to you as well:)
