Do you happen to have the Labs reference to the levels you posted?
Next Labs in 6 weeks will tell if your treatment is going in the right direction.
Without knowing your Labs reference range, your levels and symptoms might be suggesting adrenal fatigue.
As far as the bleeding, I would have know idea. Never read of a goiter bleeding, but then I don't know everything. However, if bleeding has or does last a week, I'd suggest having doctor check it out. Its probably nothing, but my motto is, better to be safe than sorry.
Good luck.

Your doctor will know. However, normally, Cortisol and DHEA - Saliva test (adrenal hormone test) is preferred as it measures the amount of free and circulating hormones instead of the binded hormone commonly measured in blood test.
Often people who are shown to be low thyroid (hypo) and are unresponsive to thyroid therapy are suffering from adrenal fatigue as well. For these people to get well, the adrenals must be supported in addition to the thyroid.
People can experience a worsening of their low-adrenal state , if they they take thyroid hormone replacement medication, without correcting the adrenal insufficiency. As well as experiencing worsening of thyroid symptoms and can cause worsening of the adrenal fatigue.
