What constitutes Hypothyroid in terms of labs?

I know that it means insufficency.. I haev spent so many hours trying to find this info.
But what sort of test results would actual hypothyroidism convey?

High T3 low T3? Low T4 Low T3?

How do I know if I have thyroid antibodies without taking a test..is that possible?

I ask because I have had labs taken from Genova Diagnostics.
My free T3 is at 829 with ranges between 800-2500
My free T4 is at 814 with ranges between 550-3160

I had a test taken at the hospital
Free T4 was 12 pmol/L with a range of 12-23

I feel like I am dying...I have twicthing all over my body. I am dysfunctional. I am only 34. I cant see straight or concentrate.
A natural doctor told me to begin Iodoral Iodine supplementation.
Am I clinically hypothyroid?
What sort of test results would come back if I had say Hashimotos?

I am trying so hard to find specific lab information...can you help me?
Thanks so much.

Here is the Doctor Link:

I had Atrial Fibrillation 3 times in 2 weeks prior to RAI.
Dosing at the incorrect level can send you Hyper.
You have to be pretty experienced at dosage of Iodoral and also know your symtoms and body inside out.
If this product was so great then why are we all taking Synthroid, Thyroxin, Cytomel or Armour?
Maybe someone else can answer that question but personally I believe that it may not stay in the 'system' long enough to be absorbed by the body.
I have known 2 people from another thyroid group who went hyper on it.
I guess thats why you have to be really careful.

There are so many products on the internet that claim to be the 'cure' for everything.
Whilst some products can be beneficial...there are others that can be toxic taken over long periods of time or even toxic in themselves.

A good question iloveamma........but for me, iodoral was a no-no.

Also, why would you not do Iodoral? Have you ever tried it?

Thank you...I forgot to put the TSH...on the hospital test it was 3.4 mE/L in a reference range from .4-4.7
Also, I was wondering, is this where the doctor will also post? Or is that another forum? I am new here..sorry.

HYPO - low FT3 , FT4 and HIGH TSH
HYPER = med- high FT4  and FT3 and LOW TSH

Go see another Doctor who will start you off on a small dosage of T4 med.
Also ask for Thyroid antibodies test to be done.
I dont recommend Iodoral Supplementation at all but thats just my personal opinion.
According to your labs, you are borderline Hypo.
All the best :)
