What could my results mean?

I'm a 33 year old mother of two sons. I have had asthma since I was 1 years old and I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia 4 years ago. For a long time, I've been dealing with constant pain, fatigue, constipation, bloated stomach, irregular and heavy periods, excessive sweating, sensitivity to both hot and cold, concentration problems, off and on depression, sleep issues and difficulty losing weight (until I started taking Adipex a couple of months ago). I recently went to a new doctor and she had new labs done. I just got my lab results in the mail and I won't see my doctor until next week. I'm concerned, because according to the paperwork, I had several abnormal results.  I'm hoping I don't have another health condition and I'm wondering if maybe my Fibromyalgia was misdiagnosed. Here are my abnormal results:

TSH 0.426 ulU/mL,  Vitamin D, 25 OH -20 NG/ML, Glucose 107 mg/dL, Hemoglobin A1c  6.5%, Mean Glucose Est 140 mg/dL, MCHC 31.2 g/dL, and Urinalysis Specific Gravity 1.025.

Could I have a thyroid problem? What could be the cause of all of my issues? I just want to feel better. I'd like to have an idea of the possible answers before I go to the doctor next week.

Thanks
Renee

Your A1C and fasting glucose are slightly elevated. Your doc will(hopefully) catch this and recommend you change your diet and excercise. Try not to stress,I know easier said than done, but I'm speaking for myself as well, too much thinking (about what if's) and stressing makes things worse!

Are you diabetic?

I agree with the other posters; without results for the actual thyroid hormones, it's impossible to tell if you have a thyroid issue or not.

Fibromyalgia is a set of symptoms for which there is no real explanation; though the symptoms are pretty much the same as for hypothyroidism.

I agree with what FTB4 posted.  I just happened to think that you might get some good insight from this link.

The symptoms you mentioned are all symptoms that thyroid sufferers have had, although there is no way to tell just by TSH alone, as it is only a pituitary hormone, a low or high TSH might indicate a thyroiud imbalance, you should request your MD to do a Free T3 and Free T4 thyroid panel along with the TSH, then post the results here with the reference ranges provided for each. It is possible with a 0.426 TSH level that you are Hyperthyroid, but you cannot rely on TSH alone to make a determination. Good Luck FTB4
