What tests should I ask for?

I have had several of the classic symptoms for hypothyroidism for the past few years.  Extreme fatigue is my most prevalent and deblitating symptom, but I also have extreme sensitivity to cold (other people make fun of me and they are hot when I am wearing a big winter coat), motion sickness/nausea/dizziness (even had to go to the hospital for extreme vertigo once and several bad bouts since.)  I also have some of the gastrointestinal symptoms (TMI, I'm sure).  My OB/GYN thought she saw an indication of hypothyroidism on a test (not sure which one) when I was like 19, but all results after that came back "normal".  I had my TSH taken in 11/2007 and it was 3.04 and the doctor said everything was fine.  I then had it tested again recently, and it was only 2.06 with a Free T4 of 1.6.  I was told all of these are normal, but I still just dont feel right, so exhausted.  It affects my everyday life and I would just like to get this resolved.  Oh, and my liver enzymes are always slightly elevated.  Could it still be my thyroid?  What tests should I request?  Should I request any other endocrine systems be tested (ie adrenals, B12, etc.)?  Also, does anyone have any recommendations for doctors in the DC Metro area?

I would ask for the basic tests to be run such as: Vit D, B12, Iron and Ferritin and see where these levels are first. All of these can cause you to feel aweful if they are low.

Forgot to mention that I also easily scar and over the past several months have been easily getting little bruise like things on my face if I just lean on my hand or something, just a lot of broken blood vessels.  Not sure if this is related.
