The important tests among those are Free T3 and Free T4, which are the biologically active thyroid hormones.  Looking at those, your Free T4 is at the middle of its range,  a level that we regard as adequate.  Your Free T3 is also at the middle of its range, but that is lower than needed by many people.  Free T3 has been shown to correlate best with hypo symptoms, so the key question is whether or not you have symptoms that relate to being hypothyroid.  There are other things that can also affect how thyroid hormone is metabolized by the body, so it is important to also know Vitamin D and ferritin levels.  Dependent on symptoms, B12 may also be important to know.

So please tell us about any symptoms you have so that we can better assess whether those levels are adequate for you, and whether additional testing is advisable.
