Where o' where has our Dart Froggie gone, o' where o'where can she be?

DLA
If you've been on here somewhere since the 28th I can't find you.  And at that point you were having a really bad time.  Am getting worried about you.

Hope nobody put you in a coffee can and left you outside in the heat.  ;)  little joke, very little joke.

Had a big old bull frog commit frogicide on the side of my van last night and it made me think of you!  Kinda gross, huh?  =+(

If you are lurking out there let us know how you are.  We miss you on here.

As you've probably read I am bipolar.  I only have to take the antidepressants to keep it under control.  I also had ADD, used to be ADHD, but illnesses did away with the H!  boohoo  I miss the H!  If I don't take my Celexa or whatever one I'm on I am a beeotch!  OMGosh!

Maybe you could try like I do and get him to sign something promising he will take it and make him shake on it.  The only way I can get my husband to stay on his anti depressants.

Hope things get much better for you, froggie.  Really miss you on here.

Keep your faith and keep praying.  I will also be praying for you and yours.

Oh.........I feel for you, girl!  My oldest son has ADHD as well.  He also has anxiety issues that he takes meds for.  I notice a huge difference in him when he takes his meds vs. not.  He's bouncing off the walls when he's not on it.  A few years back, we were referred to an endo because he was 15 and not showing ANY signs of puberty.  Was a bit concerned.  All blood tests came back normal, although when they did the x-ray to see what his growth plates were doing and he hadn't even began puberty.  At FIFTEEN!!!!  I made the mistake of asking if his meds had anything to do with slowing the process.  Was told no, but I'm sure that was in his head.  I didn't know it, but he quit taking his meds, and ended up having a panic attack that landed us in the ER, because it had gone on for three days.  It was awful.  Anyway, I understand how things go when they're off the meds and it's NOT good.

I know my son has a problem sometimes because he thinks that he's "screwed up", and that's why he has to take them.  I explained to him that it's not that - but that his body is missing something that the meds are taking care of.  He does SO much better on them.  I hope that your husband realizes that soon and gets back on them.  Life will be so much easier for everyone involved.

Know that we're still here for you, and will keep you in our prayers!!

Hubby said  he wanted to see how he did without them. Of course by then he had already quit and didnt tell me until I noticed that while I had been filling refills for everyone else I wasnt filling for him......and I goofed in the earlier post...Yes he has ADD but he takes effexor for anxiety which helps him focus better with the ADD.

we had a HUGE blowout the other night. Every time he does something stupid he blames ME and my thyroid problems ...oh look Rhonda has lost her mind again and shes blaming me......our 20 yo daughter took him for a walk and tried to explain that it really is HIM being a jerk. He told me he would go back on the meds but hasnt yet. So hes been busy sucking up to me the last few days and Im not playing. ...yeah its been fun here.

Glad to hear from you again.  Was really beginning to worry, and rightly so I guess.

Why did he choose to go off his meds?  I never understand this.  Why people go off meds they need so bad.  Have never had them, but am not as bad ADD as some of my relatives who HAVE to have them just to function daily.  Wait a minute, let me guess.  He doesn't think he really needs them?  Same way with my husband and his anti-depressants.

Sorry about your little boy.  That must be so hard on him.  And you.

Hope things get back to normal soon.  We really miss you on here.  Will be praying for you.
