my son who is 11.4 year old his weight is 56 kg, his cortisol level is 32.00 in morning 9.00. what is your sugession.

Dear ,
    My son Age is 11 years & 4 month old.
    His blood cortisol level was 32.14 ug/dl blood taken in morning 9.00am on 4th march2009.
    His weight is 56.00 kg , weight rasing 5 to 7 kg  in year ,that happening from last 5 years.
    He is lassay. He is not consntration  on study, sport, school activity.He is consntration on looking Telivision, Moves , Eating  a Food.
  As per Endocrinlist sugession, I am adimit him on 4-03-09 hospital for Dyanamic Endocrine Test.
    After Admit in hospital  Reports as below
a tpo         22.50 U/mL         ( 0-60 U/mL)
Cortisol     32.14 ug/dL          ( 7-9 am 4.3- 22.40 ug/dL )
after low dose dexamethasone suprresion test was given tab DEXONA 6 hours 8 doses.
5 th march cortisol after 3 doses is 4.45 ug/dL
5 th march HGH(F)  0.85 ng/mL
6 th march cortisol after 3 doses is 0.45 ug/dL
What is your sugession?

Can you post the references for his age? is the number in mcg/dL ?
A cortisol in 24 hour urine is also helpful .
Was a sudden weight gain? does he have any kind of symptoms/signs? is he growing well?
