Blood test  to check your levels and dose accordingly with synthroid or armour.

Your post is so vague...  being hypo is not like just asking for advice on being treated for a general condition. Tyr to post a few details. Here I give you some food for thought on your reply.

What are you experiencing?
What Rx's are you on?
Is your hypo a natural situation or was there surgery or RAI involved to make you hypo?
What symptoms are you having? and do you have blood test results and what are they?
What have you tried to rectify some of your symptoms?
