extreme TSH values - Hypothyroism

Hello, I am diagnosed with hypothyroid last week with following lab result:
normal        result on 04 july 14
CRPQ0 (CRP QUANTITAT mg/l) -    to  5       -    0.5
Free T3.03 pg/ml                           2.0 - 4.4   -    3.12
Free T4.02 ng/dl                            0.90 - 2.0 -    1.03
TSH microlU/ml                             0.27 - 4.2 -    11.2
on the basis of above result doctor (physician) have recommended me 50microgm Thyro-oxin. From the 3rd day of taking med I am having headache(for long duration), problem in concentration and mild joint pain (like that in thumb joint, palm join, ankle joint). From last 2-3 months I was getting quickly tired and mild cold-running nose.
I am experiencing more problem after starting medicine than before, I request for your suggestion - if everything is as expected or something more attention is needed.
Doctor have asked to come back after 1 month for further testing.

It's not unusual when just starting meds or changing dose to feel a little bit worse for a while.  Symptoms you had before can intensify, and new ones can pop up.  It takes 4-6 weeks before the dose will stabilize in your blood, and it can take some time after that for symptoms to resolve before you feel better.

Retesting in  a month is perfect.  The initial dose we are put on is a bit of a guess, and it can take several months to get the correct dose after retesting every 4 weeks after a change.

If your symptoms are really bothersome, you might ask your doctor about starting with a little bit lower dose (maybe 25 mcg) until your body gets used to having thyroid hormones available again.  It usually takes a couple of weeks to work into the new dose.
