fatique and extreme thirst

for the past 2 days I have been weak, tired, and very thirsty and not hungry. When I get up I can hardly walk and I am off balance. I have been very depressed due to loss of close family members who died tragely back to back. NOT SLEEPING WELL.

Not sure what your question is?  This is a Forum for patients with thyroid issues.  Do you have a thyroid problem?

Stress, such as one would suffer following the loss of loved ones, can cause the symptoms you describe.

You should, particularly, get tested for diabetes; fatigue and excessive thirst are 2 major symptoms.
