high blood pressure and pvcs

Im a 38 yr old female. I was dx a couple of years ago by my regular dr. I started seeing an endo around October. The first time I went to him my tsh was 6.6 and my tpo antibodies was 1099> i dont remember what my t3 and t4 was.He changed my synthroid from 100 to 112. I went back last Monday and my tsh was the same. He changed my meds from 112 to 137. This past Monday I woke  up to my haert racing a skipping beats. I ended up going to the hospital, they did an ekg and said I was having PVCs. My heart rate was also pretty fast so they gave me a beta blocker. They checked my TSH and it was 2.8. In one week it had gone from 6.8 to 2.8. The ER doctor seemed to think it was the quick drop in my level and said it could last 3 or 4 days. My endo seems to think it has nothing to do with it.I never have high blood pressure but yeaterday and today the bottom number was 102. Could this all be related to my tsh drop. I still dont feel well. I dont drink or smoke and am usually pretty healthy.
Thanks

I also bet it was the rapid drop in your TSH.  Keep a very close eye on it - the 137 may be too high for you.  Do you have a BP cuff?

I went through this after my RAI last year - frightening!  Good news (for me and hopefully for you) is after the TSH leveled out the BP went back to normal and I didn't have to take the beta blockers anymore.

I am a person who goes from one extreme to another regarding TSH levels.  I have gone from 9.2 to 0.13 in 1 1/2 months and there were times when my heart would start racing, and I felt like I was going to have my heart jump out of my chest.  I do believe that your level drops do have something to do with your heart issues.  I also have high blood pressure - even on blood pressure meds.  I have been on blood pressure meds since my pregnancy 11 years ago.  Never, ever stabilized after my PIH bought.
