I have some liquid iodine. I have not yet started it because I am raising my armour and wanted to know what was causing what.....

I do want to give it a try when I get leveled out. Just to see if it will help.

Thanks Stella

I see my dr on the 28th again.

I am sure I am still Hypo as my legs and arms feel cold and at times I feel cold when others feel warm.

Even though I am thin I have a lot of water retention or edema.

Cytomel helps my energy levels but am sure that Dr needs to up my
Thyroxin from 75mcg to 100.

But at least not tooooooo long to wait.

Will let you know what happens.

I didn't like the liquid iodine.. I take tablet form. It all depends on the person issues on what amount to take.

A good doctor will be willing to look at supplementing iodine and monitor you closely to make sure you can use it.

Ask your doctor about a "iodine loading test". If they do not know what that is - then they are not the right doctor to look at this form of treatment.
