Yes, I have been diagnosed with both Hashi and Fibro...guess what I think they are one in the same. When my TSHPituitary and tsh Tsh is around 1.0 I feel much better, joint pain goes away. If I am 3 or above I feel awful. Everyone is different as related to their range of TSHPituitary and tsh Tsh; however I would be curious to know what your is.
It seems to be an advanced form of the changes that occur when Hashimoto's is allowed to run rampant for a time, or from long term hypothyroidism. The physical changes differ only in severity.
I had to have a thyroidectomy due to Hashimoto's....I had a sore throatCancer - throat or larynx Throat swab culture all the time and was tired. It's been two years and I do feel better....sore throat gone. Good luck!

Would that be a correct deduction?
