So glad to hear you are feeling better....keep it up!! :)

energy a little bit better, still muscle aches, joint pain, sinus pain ears ringing, but energy seems to be improving, 2 weeks on increase now. kevin
Your welcome Kevin! Let me know how your progress comes along! :)
yes retest in 7 weeks. finally got an endo that cares. she was nice actually asked how i was feeling, said she get me back to normal. first doctor that actually acted like she cares, not just lab reports, said she will do other things to get me back to normal. im hoping i at least i get my energy back with this increase. thank Kevin
That is fantastic that your new endo increased your meds. Let's see how you feel in about 3 weeks. Is he having you retest in 6 weeks? You should come right out and ask him to test your free t3 as well.....also do antibody testing for hashi's if you haven't had it done.
new endo increased me to 200 syntriod .. im hoping this will give me back my energy? what do you think?
what increase would lower the number. my endo refuses. say between 1 and 2 is good. im better but still not 100 percent in energy,
You could use a free t3 test to see how you are converting. My endo said that good free t4 level is around 1.6, but your tsh is higher than need be as most feel best around a 1.0.
Did you get tested for Hashimoto's? That could explain still feeling bad and then tsh should be much lower.
still tired endo says not tyroid numbers are good .. what do you think?
tt was nov 20th. started 175 mg syyntroid. 2 weeks later about dec 7th so about 8 weeks now on 175 syntroid. 2.09 tsh and 1.5 free are current numbers.
What are the numbers down to? What is the timeframe from starting meds?
numbers came down. will they continue to drop
it was suspision of cancer. tumurs came back benign.
Forgive me for not remembering, but why did you have thyroid removal? If it was due to cancer, then your numbers need to be really supressed.
MOST people feel best at a TSH around 1, so you still have room for improvement. But if you have heart issues, then that is a whole other ballgame with having to be very careful of levels as well.
