levothyrox in the fridge

I'm in China for one year and i took with me a stock of levothyrox. The weather here is very hot so i put all of my medecines in the fridge. Is it a good solution?

Make sure it's in moisture tight containers.

I've heard of some people keeping their thyroid medications in the fridge or freezer, but you must make sure the containers are completely sealed or that they are placed inside sealed containers so that moisture does not enter the bottles and ruin the pills.  Moisture would damage the pills more quickly than heat, I think.
