hormones adrenal and thyroid are all low-what should I treat????

Hi everyone.
I have a bunch of labs back now and in addition to  my thyroid being low, my dhea, androsterone, tetrahydrocortisone, allo-tetrahydrocortisone, and tetrahydrocortisol are low. My estradiol level is menopausal (I am 38)
I am so frustrated and confused and I just want to give up because I don't know what to do. I have been taking sublingual estriol which has been helping my inflammation and mood and the doc wants me to stop, which scares me, because I feel worse without it. I am on 2 grains armour, just raised from 11/2. Also on antidepressants.  I am really tired and weak and weepy. I realize probably some of this is due to the fact that I took a birth control pill for a month. I went off it 2 months ago, though.
Does anyone have any advice about what to do next? Which of these things should I treat first?

Hi Cheri
Thanks for the reply!
The strange thing is that I have normal periods, so I feel like it is more likely that something isn 't working systemically which is making the hormones low. I think my doctor is a little leery of giving bioidentical estrogen to a premeno person but at this point I feel like it would help a lot. I have tried taking progesterone cream and couldn't tolerate it at all. It made my depression worse. When my cycle is in the first part I feel better which tells me that I need estrogen to feel better. What do you think?
Good luck on the tests. What AD's are you on?

liz ..it is uncommon but not unheard of for a woman to go through a natural menopause in late 30s it happened to my aunt and that along with hypt thyroid is enough to make anyone depressed..  I think you need to treat all of it...

Your doctor should be advising you...Mary 53 whos brilliant on the hysterectomy panel has one thing in common with me we both swear by Vivelle its an estrogen patch is wonderful all positive no negative side effects..really helps,,,I take anti depressants too because of hypothroid, menopause and a crappy marriage its hard to get the dose just right My doctor just changed my does (increase) afte 2 years of feeling crappy and i feel so good..so look into that you may need an increase or a totally different med...it takes most people 3 times before they get anti depressants right and when you do its so worth it...

Im having my adrenal tested next time my potassium was low last few blood draws can be related to adrenal infact Im gonna make him run a full tsh panel...

the birth control will leave your system quickly Id get all hormones checked and see wher you stand..read up on bio identicals I firmly believe in them for menopause
