If you don't know about paramyotonia congenita it is a rate muscular disorder in where the muscles have a delayed reaction in relaxing after contracting, causing what can be compared to a lactic burn kind of pain and cramping to the point of exhaustion, if pushed to continue working, causing the hyperkalemic periodic paralysis.
I also had a total thyroidectomy and so I am hypothyroid and am trying to differentiate the pain between both disorders
