Call the pharmacist to see if you should take it or wait till tomorrow half and hour before breakfast. Smileyhappy

Not to worry.  If you normally take your med and then wait for a while to eat breakfast, then just wait a while after your breakfast and go ahead and take your med.  I assume it is a T4 type med, which is slow acting, and you won't notice any difference.
