no symptoms

I had a blood test and was told that my tsh indicated hyperthyroid but I have no symptoms. I did also have a scan that showed a multinodular goiter with solid nodules.
I picked up the results today and was happy to see that my T4 free and T3 free were not that off the range.
My tsh level was 0.10
T4,free - 1.9
T3,free- 433

I am have a thyroid scan on Monday and Tuesday.  Is it unusual not to have any symptoms of hyperthyroid and any ideas of what caused the tsh to drop.  4 monthes ago it was 6.5 ??????????
Thanks for your response

I just had a routine check up and dr. asked me to recheck tsh level since it was a little high (6.5).  She also had me do a sono. because she felt a goiter.  When it came back 0.16, she assumed it was a lab error and I redid it.  It went down in one week to 0.10. That's why I was scheduled for a thyroid scan.

May I ask what brought you to the Dr and ended up having the bloodwork?  WELCOME to our Community!
