please Mirtazapine antidepresant elevated TSH???

I need help,
I write before, i went to specialist for thyroid to do ultrasound
Because i have elevated TSH
5,34 (0,465-4,68)
And my tongue is scalopp and swallen last week or more

And last two three years i use mirtazapine antidepr...

So i get into office,he look my tsh, asked why did i run for that test,
I told him bc od menstrual cycle bla bla
And he told me bc i dont have kids, thinkig that i will try to get pregnat,
He prefer tsh level arround 2,5
And he will give me pills to low TSH
Without cecking Ft3 Ft4???
And i told him about my tongue , and he was supprised how it look likes,
And told me to check in hospital for oral healt...
He look quick my thyirod on ultrasound 1-2 min everything fine..
And then i remeber my deppresion medication..and i told him what i take..
And he say he will check can that pills do elevated tsh..
And he went on net , and saw in long term they affect TSH.
And also he find that pills for depression mirtazapine
On long term use causw swolen tongue...
So,end was go and change your deppresion pill
I realy dont know what to do,
I have all syptoms of hypo...
Can you please check ,
Does mirtazapine in long term cause elevated tsh, and swallon scalop tongue...
I was thinking everything is of thyroid, so i can get rid of deppresion pills
Please give me advice
I dont want to go to neuropsihy..hospital and see all bad stuff there ,if i had other option
