I had those symptoms with hyperthyroidism. I become hyperthyroid these days when I exercise (improves immune function so less medication is needed). I have problems with my cells so I can get rid of excess thyroid hormone in a day or two and hypothyroid symptoms show up again. You might find you aren't hyperthyroid after a couple of weeks maybe.

I have Hashimoto's and I have had both types of Hashitoxicosis. In my case I had hyper symptoms on and off for four years (leakage symptoms of active hashi's) and very hyperthyroid symptoms for two months when Graves antibodies also showed up. I find eating one or two brazil (high in selenium) a day notably helps calm Hashi's down.
"It should be pointed out that, especially in the US literature, the term ‘hashitoxicosis’ is sometimes used to describe an autoimmune thyroid disease overlap syndrome of Graves’ and Hashimoto’s disease.2 In this article the term is strictly limited to the ‘leakage’ symptoms of active Hashimoto’s disease.
Hashitoxicosis is most likely to present in the early stages of autoimmune hypothyroidism."*

You may be interpreting some symptoms as hyper, when they can also be related to being hypo, which is more likely considering you having Hashi's and stopping your small dose of Levo.
