heart palps and chest pain due to thyroid?
Ihave had a thyroid nodule for about 6 yrs. and was biopsied same time. Benign. Had an ultrasound in 06 and just recently. It enlarged about 3 times the size. Mixed and complex nodule. I have been having increased heart galloping/palps and chest pain and do take anxiety meds occasionally for same. Heart checked, okay. Could this pain be from nodule or should I look elsewhere? Maybe GERD? Its pretty scary. I'm 50 and maybe premenopausal too. Thanks
A nodule that grew 3x's the size in less than 3 yrs is should be looked into further.

What was the size of your nodule to start with? what was it in 06 ? Did the growth happen over the six years or from the 06 ultrasound?
