Do you have the reference ranges, as shown on the lab report, for the FT3 and FT4 results? If so, please post those as well.
Reference ranges on FT3 and FT4 vary lab to lab, so you have to post them with results. Please post the ranges if you have them.
However, even accounting for individual lab differences, it looks like you are quite hyperthyroid.
Given your high FT3 and FT4, I imagine you have lots of symptoms???
