My levels are continuously changing .... and so is the dose and it's most frustrating. Sometimes I get ANGRY about it and really get annoyed .. but I only let it last 24hrs since, in reality, I know it could be a lot worse.
If you don't mind sharing why you had your TT, then we can help with some more thoughts on your orig. ? about rechecking the bloodwork.

yes, levels can and do change over time because things can change in your body's need for thyroid hormone.
Once everything is stable annual testing is normal.
Your pcp can follow you if everything is pretty stable.
next time when a question isn't answered, please go to it and bump it up (go to the post comment and type "bump" or whatever and press "post comment". Once it is off the first and second pages (it can happen very quickly) without being answered it may not be answered. That is not people ignoring you, it's jsut that as smiler deb said we're all volunteers and have limited time.
Hope you're feeling better now.
Please post whatever thyroid tests they have done, along with the reference ranges for each, so that members can provide the best response.
Hi,
Just curious why you had your thyroid out? Cancer possibly? Others will tell you that while your labs are within norm that is not treating the total body. I am not savvy when it comes to the whole T3 and T4 versus looking at TSH. Why the refusal to answer your questions? If the doctor does not know the answer then it probably is time to look for another doctor. Perhaps an endocrinologist. I'll tell you though that I may be looking for another endocrinologist soon here. She has missed a few things and I am not happy with her.
As for your levels, many on this site continue to do so throughout their lives even after having a TT years and years ago. Strange huh?
