TSH 52.45/EGFR 56

Hello, thank you for your help.. I was on Armour 90 taken off by my new Dr. and put on Synthyroid 100 because my TSH 52.45.  But, i just found out that my EGFR was 56 low.  I don't know much about this but, I heard it might be related to Hypo?  The Dr. (primary) didn't say anything about this.  I have no thyroid 2 different surgeries because of large nodules that RAI didn't help.  The thyroid proplem does run in my family.   I don't go back to the Dr (thyroid) until March 23 so, will I  know if the Synthyroid 100 starts to be to much before than? THANK YOU

I very much doubt the Synthroid will be too much as you are very Hypo and it will take a while to get the TSH down.
You will know if you are on too much synthroid as you will get HYPER symptoms...very fast heartrate, excessive sweating, excessive bowel motions, anxiety, intolerance to heat etc.
Just take each day as it comes and cross that bridge when and if you come to it.
I am surprised your TSH was so high with being on Armour.
Log your daily symptoms and if you feel no change in them after 4 weeks, call your Doc as you may need a hugher dose of Synthroid.
