Went and got my blood work but the doctor only did the THS and Anti body

tests. she did say my thyroid was enlarged and I have just about every single symptom of Hypothyroidism, should she have done the T3 and T4 testing as well?

Absolutely. The FreeT3 and FreeT4 are the most direct route of measuring thyroid hormone. Hopefully, she ordered the TGab and TPOab antibody tests. There are two.
If you are not happy with the way the doctor is treating you, then I suggest going to a new endo. When you do get the antibody and TSH results, post them here.

Yes, she should have tested FT3 and FT4 as well as TSH and antibodies.  Without those two tests, your thyroid status is still distinctly questionable.
