Anus bump? (Serious pls Help)

This is a serious question.

I woke up this morning and my butt was hurting. I have never had anal sex, and i never plan to.

wiping my anus was hurting, even when i did it lightly. i thought that i was cut, so i took a closer look in the mirror.

I felt sick and disgusted. There is a purplish bump near the hole. I was wondering what it was and how i can treat it.
i feel too embarrassed to go to the doctors, but im going to have to soon because i dont want it to be a tumor or something bad. It hurts a little. it is circular like a marble, but a little smaller. thanks for reading, please help me!

I have tried eating lots of oats, banana, apples, oranges, grapefruit.spinach and broccoli but none seem to work.In addition,i drink lots of water, lots of veg, minimum meat  and play tennis 3 times a week. Each session lasts about 2 hrs.
I still get piles every time i have bowel movement which is everyday. So,what could be wrong?
Adding Vaseline on a plastic bag and applying to the anus slowly is the only way to push the pile back. Then, all is ok until the next BM.
Can anybody help?
Thanks

yeah thattl be a hemorrhoid for ya. probably best to do something about it because if they break they burn pretty bad, its like your bum is on fire. (not that ive had a hemorroid before or anything) (-:

Most likely a hemorrhoid, but you should get it looked at by a Dr. to be sure. If you can't afford a Dr, then try some preparation-H for a week or two, and see if it improves. If not, then you'll have to go in.

Could be a hemorrhoid - basically a bulge in one of the veins around your anus.  They're pretty common and most often they're caused by straining when you're constipated.  Sometimes they'll bleed, and they can make bowel movements and just sitting down pretty painful.  You should see your doc about it.  Hemorroids are very fixable and absolutely non-life-threatening and he can give you some tips to prevent new ones.
