Hi
Thanks for writing to the forum!
Anxiety can explain a multitude of physical symptoms which cannot be attributed to any cause. However, before labeling anxiety as the cause of the symptoms one must get thoroughly investigated. In your case please get your thyroid functions, electrolytes and blood sugar tested. Also you should look into Giant Cell Arteritis affecting major vessels of the body and brain, along with temporal arteritis.
Hope this helps. It is difficult to comment beyond this at this stage without examining you. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
