heart issue or panic attack

I've dealt with anxiety/panic issues for several years now. But on Friday I went for a hike down a steep ravine. On the way back out I got completely out of breath (I'm very overweight so no surprise there) but it immediately threw me into an anxiety attack but this is 3 days now that I'm suffering. My bp is elevated, weak, shaky, sharp pains in left chest area. Numbness in chest/upper back. I will begin to feel normal but as soon as I get up and begin to fix a meal, take a shower etc I get shaky all over n feel sick at my stomach. I can feel my heart just racing at any kind of activity.
I am taking BusPIRone daily and HydrOXYzine for anxiety attacks. Nothing is helping. I'm feeling useless to my kids and fiance and scared to death that it is my heart :-(
Does anyone have any thoughts about this?

If it is anxiety adivan, Valium or klonipin work for me.
Remember to take deep breaths. Call your prescribing MD. Pamela
