Dizziness, head pressure, pounding in my ears

I get waves of dizziness that I can feel in my whole head and a tingling in my face to the point of feeling like I will pass out or fall over. I also get head pressure that blocks my ears, causes a ringing in my ears and hearing my heartbeat in my ears. I will be just sitting still when the dizziness hits but walking when the pressure and pounding come on. What can be causing this? I am in remission for non hodgkins lymphoma. Also lost a kidney to cancer and they removed my thyroid last year because the nodes had cancer. I also have degenerative disk disease in my neck, thoracic and lumbar spine with 4 bulging disks, 2 in my neck, one thoracic and one lumbar. I also have type 2 diabetes with neuropathy in my legs and feet.
