Driving me crazy!! Feeling fatigued, tingling feet, hands, dizzy, etc

This has been going on for a few months now, but the symptoms seemed to change recently. At first I would get fatigued for no good reason, out of breath, dizzy sometimes, I would get night sweats, my heart would feel like it would stop and then all of a sudden start again, and I would get small splinter hemorrhages near the periphery of my fingernails (usually index finger or thumb) after episodes of this happening. This didn't happen every day. I figured it was something to do with the tooth abscess I've had for about 4 years now. But, now I'm getting tired more frequently, I'll even wake up fatigued (not sleepy, but feel like out of breath and all that fun stuff). I don't have sleep apnea and I'm normal height/weight. I noticed that the bottom of my one big toe seems to be 'sagged', it's swollen or something but doesn't hurt. Recently I also noticed that my one left foot (top, behind my toes) is a bit swollen but doesn't hurt and isn't red, but feels numb and tingly. My other foot near the instep (close to the heel on the side of the foot) is a bit swollen but doesn't hurt. I get headaches sometimes, they always start at the base of my head, near my neck, and then make my whole spine hurt, but I figured that's from my tooth abscess.

I eat a Weston A. Price diet, have been for a few years, and while it had helped me a TON with all my previous health problems I used to have, this is coming out of nowhere. I'm not out of shape either, I'm definitely not anemic. I work outside a lot and am wondering if they're spraying something and if that may be causing some of the symptoms, especially shortness of breath when I get super fatigued. I can even smell the chemtrails sometimes, they have a sickening metallic odor to them. I don't have mental problems, no anxiety or any history of that, no hallucinations either. This doesn't happen every single day, but seems to be happening more frequently than ever. If I have to exert myself it seems to make it worse. It bites when I have to go shopping because I feel shaky and almost feel like I'm going to faint, oh also forgot that almost happened a few times too. Everything gets sort of gray looking but I have yet to pass out. I had taken Bach flower remedies for my depression that I would get out of the blue and am into holistic and natural cures out there, but this is so weird. Anyone else having these problems? It makes it so hard to get anything done around the house. The only thing that seems to help when I feel like this is to drink a bunch of coffee (regular, not decaf, yucko), and then it seems to make me feel better.

You might have a cortisol dysregulation.
You should look into the "Adrenal Stress Profile" from BioHealth labs, as a reference( only available through Professional Health Practitioners in the US)

I would also recommend you look into the "GI Pathogen Screen",  especially if your cortisol levels come back low.
Cortisol regulates the immune cells in our gut so when cortisol is depleted those cells become dysregulated, making us more susceptible to pathogens like bacteria, yeast, and parasites.

If cortisol levels are low you may also have secondary hypothyroidism,
most likely in a type 2 (thyroid resistance) and standard testing will never
detect this as it only indicates serum thyroid levels.
Free T3, Free T4 and Reverse T3.
Another thing to rule out is B12 methylocobalamin deficiency.
You need an MMA test for that. Standard tests only indicate cobalamin
levels, which must be converted into methylocobalamin before it can be utilized by the body.

Best wishes,
Niko

Hi Niko! I think I do have hypothyroidism, thanks for the information! I started to take some seaweed (bladderwrack) and many of my symptoms (especially exhaustion) have become much better! As long as I take a teaspoon of it a week I don't get that horrible deadly-tired feeling. Thanks so much for your thoughtful and informative reply! :D

Hello~I would see your doctor and have a complete blood panel and UA test. It could be weak adrenal glands, vitamin deficiencies, or even hidden food allergies.

Another possibility is a condition called Candida. This is a type of yeast infection in the guy, it can cause many of the issues you are having. The test for that is usually a stool specimen along with a blood test for antibodies. Try avoiding eating all yeast, wheat and sugar for approximately one week, if you feel better, you could be on the right track. Again, ask the doctor for this test as well, and in the meantime, take a good, high potency pro-biotic to keep the friendly bacteria in your gut balanced.
