Fevers, gland, unwell, weight loss

HI, can anyone offer any insight?

I've had an unexplained fever for 3 months now (around 38 c), also I've been feeling unwell - 'flu-like symptoms' during this time too.  I've lost weight, now about 12 pounds, and I have an enlarged gland (it's 6 cm's long and 3 cm's wide) in my neck.

Any suggestions< or Help?

You need to get to a doctor for diagnosis. Have you had night sweats or a lot of itching?

Also ask your doctor to check your thyroid levels and palpitate your thyroid gland (feeling for nodules).  Thyroid problems could cause the symptoms you have described.
