You will need the appropriate medication to eradicate the parasites and also antibiotics for the H.Pylori.  2 different antibiotics are given, may be 3 (I can't remember exactly now).  You may also get a medication to take to
protect your stomach.

As you have not been given antibiotics for your sore throat, this may be a viral infection.  A doctor can arrange for a swab to be taken and sent to the lab to be analysed.  It would depend on the test results with regard to whether any medication would be prescribed.  Antibiotics do not work on viral infections.  To ease the sore throat, gargle with salty water.  You can also purchase medicated throat lozenges.  Drink plenty of warm fluids - honey and lemon is very soothing.

Fungal problems need to be treated by an antifungal medication.  Your doctor can prescribe a gel or drops to put into your mouth.  You may need more than one course of medication if your Thrush is bad.
The doctor can also prescribe antifungal medication that you take by mouth.  You can buy Fluconazole 100mg 1 capsule dose from the pharmacy, but your doctor can prescribe a longer course of medication, depending on your fungal problem.

You can also purchase Daktarin oral gel from the pharmacy without a prescription.  Any stronger anti-fungal medication is prescribed by the doctor.  Your pharmacist can assist you with that.

As you are concerned about HIV, I presume that you have been checked out for other sexually transmitted diseases.  If you have participated in oral sex you may have got your sore throat, fungal problem and the other problems from that.

You are likely getting hot because of your body trying to fight the bugs.  Best thing is to wear lighter layers of clothing and take one off when you feel hot.

Fungal, bacterial and viral bugs can be passed on, so I would advise that you do not engage in sexual activity until you are clear.

To avoid getting parasites and bacteria, make sure that you always wash your hands before eating.  Wash any fruit and raw vegetables before eating them.  Keep raw meat away from cooked meats and salads to avoid cross contamination.

Make sure that all cooked meat is thorough cooked before eating.

Make sure that all kitchen surfaces are clean so as not to contaminate any food.

Parasites, like pinworms (threadworms) can be caught from contaminated door handles where eggs that cannot be seen get there by someone with unclean hands.

Always wash your hands after you have used the toilet.

Have a good standard of hygiene (wash every day) and wear clean underwear every day.

You can also get fungal infections on the genitals, so it is best to avoid wearing manmade fabrics - wear cotton underwear, this allows the skin to breathe.  Fungus loves warm moist places to thrive.

Be aware that antibiotics can bring on Fungal infections and if you are prone to getting fungal problems when using antibiotics, your doctor can prescribe an antifungal medication for you to take as well.

In the mean time, as well as complying with the hygiene info I have given you, eat a healthy and well balanced diet with lots of fresh fruit and vegetables.  Drink plenty of fluids, especially water.  2 litres a day is usually recommended, but more if you sweat a lot.

Hi Nikoniko

A sore throat: have you tested for Streptococcus?
What age are you: could it be infectious mononucleosis?
Stomach: Have your stool checked for Guardia and the H Pylori can make you unwell, a little lilke stomach parasites, when it´s new. If you have been on antibiotics recently, then an overgrowth of candida in the mouth is possible, it can also extend down the oesophagus, or swallowing tube.

Try to rule out things one by one.

I hope this helps
