Help me please!

On March 11, 2009 i experienced tension headaches every day for 6 months. I went to my doctor who put me on medication for high blood pressure and seizures neither of them stopped my headaches from coming. I found Excedrin tension headache medicine that would dull the pain but not get rid of it entirely. My doctor sent me to get an MRI but nothing was abnormal. After going to an amusement park my head felt like it was going to explode. After that my headaches disappeared. After going to the same amusement park a year later my headaches are now back and I'm experiencing neck pain, headaches, dizziness when I stand up, nausea, and blurred vision if I move my head to fast. My mom refuses to take me back to the doctor because my MRI turned out fine and she doesn't think their is anything wrong. I am starting to feel run down and not willing to go out and do anything. If you are experiencing the same thing please help me. I am a 17 year old female who has always been healthy. I have no idea what is causing this.

Did the headaches start after going to the amusement park? I am not understanding when they began. Have you tried to see a chiropractor? You could have a pinched nerve in your neck. How old were you when you got your menstrual cycle?

The first time I experienced headaches they just showed up. I was diagnosed with tension headaches several months later from my doctor. The first set of them diminished after going to an amusement park. Now just recently my headaches are back but not as bad. These showed up after I rode a few roller coasters. My tension headache medicine is no longer working anymore. I'm starting to experience hot flashes and I am having shortness of breath from just walking up stairs. These symptoms just started yesterday. I'm starting to feel pressure in my face around my jaw and nose. I have been researching my symptoms online and I do have poor posture so I'm trying a back brace but I'm not feeling any diminished pain. I was either ten or eleven when I started my menstrual cycle.
