Light-Headed, Chest Pressure and Upper Back Pain, Clearing Throat Constantly

For the past two weeks, I've been very tired, light-headed and have had pressure in the chest as well as some pain when breathing - upper chest near throat. Also clearing my throat a lot and some pain in the upper back between the shoulder blades. Since I'm not experiencing other symptoms, I've been worried and unable to exercise, etc.  Doctor thought it was potentially allergies and gave me nasal spray to stop possible back of throat drip.  But that doesn't explain the light-headedness and fatigue.  I don't have a fever, I'm 33 years old, 6'2 and about 185.  Up this point, no major health issues and get fairly regular exercise.  Any feedback or thoughts would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks in advance.

i think it could be allergies and hay fever. when the season starts up i feel everything you're talking about. if i take benadryl or some other antihistamine i get very wired and light-headed (while most people feel sleepy) so that's something to pay attention to... i normally use an OTC nose spray like afrin 12-hour and that helps dry up the post-nasal drip, which reduces the impulse to clear the throat. good luck and feel better...
