Continuous low body temp can indicate hypothyroidism. Other symptoms of this: fatigue, constipation, "slow" thinking, dry skin, brittle nails, hair loss, feeling cold, intolerant of cold.
Low temps can indicate infection. I do not know how old you are. This can occur in the elder population, the very young, or in immune compromised individuals.
I am not trying to insult you. Have you tried another thermometer? You did not say if you felt ill and so I am wondering about that.
Get thyroid checked- hypothroidism.
A temperature of less than 95 degrees can be considered life threatening and may be associated with an underlying condition.. I would recommend that you make a doctors appointment as soon as possible and until then make sure to keep a diary of your temps and whether or not you are experiencing any other symptoms that way your doctor will have a more accurate description of what's going on.. Best of luck to you!
