Hello! I am 17 years old, and I am having some physical problems and am wondering what the problem could be. I had surgery for endometriosis a little over a month ago, and since then I've been feeling badly. Throughout everyday I'll have spells where my muscles will ache, my joints ache, headache, fatigue, weakness, heart rate increases, heart starts pounding, back ache, stomachache, lower abdominal cramping, confussion, shakiness, and hot flashes. My weight has been fluctuating more than normal lately. Some days my appetite will be increased, and I'll eat everything in sight for about a week and my weight will drop. Other times I won't want to eat anything but my weight increases. It seems like my bad spells are really bad in the morning right when I wake up. I'll not feel well for a few hours, then I'll feel pretty good throughout the day. I'll normally have a few small spells throughout the day, but nothing bad. Everyday after work I'll start feeling worse, then after I take a shower I'll feel terrible for about an hour. I'll end up feeling better until I go to sleep, then the second I lay down my body starts to ache. Fortunately, it goes away quickly and I'm able to sleep. Like I said, I've been having these problems for a little over a month. I remember having these problems minorly before surgery, but I never gave them much thought. Now they're a million times worse. I don't know what is going on, or what I should do. I really do not want to go to the doctor, and I've been trying to wait it out, but I'm not sure if it will go away. I don't want to be put on any type of medication either because I'm really not very old and I don't want to rely on medication in order to function normally. Any thoughts on what could be going on and what I should do would be much appreciated. Thank you!
