My temples feeling... weird?

So something's been on my mind... Let me start from afar.
Sometime around middle of November I started having sudden moments of shortness of breath, as well as globus sensation, that appeared out of nowhere and persisted ever since. I tried to handle those for a while, but eventually I ended up having a full-blown panic attack. A series of those, even.

Needless to say, I became absorbed in anxiety. I started running around, doing whatever tests I can.
General blood test, several ECGs, chest X-ray, ultrasound of stomach cavity, brain MRI, echocardiography, Carotid duplex ultrasound and Transcranial Doppler ultrasound  to check blood vessels in brain and neck, etc... The point is, all tests returned clear. I was especially worried about blood vessels, but nothing appears to be out of order.
There are some problems on MRI brain scan, though, but those require a lot of translation (English isn't my native language, but I can translate if necessary).

Nevertheless, problem persists as such: for most part of the day, I keep having a kind of tingly sensation on temples. It doesn't hurt even, feels more... itchy, annoying, I guess. Like a throbbing sensation, except that there is no abnormal throbbing when I feel arteries in these places - all along with heartbeat.

This feeling never lets me rest and truly be at peace.
Tell me, what can it be? Can it be an indication of some condition? Could it be just caused by anxiety and bad sleeping schedule? If anyone had such symptom, did you ever get to the bottom of it?
It really does bother me. I have some plans on handling the globus sensation, but temples tingling just keeps firing off anxiety in me.

Thought I'd add - I'm a 24 y.o. male, not smoking/drinking/using drugs, which rules out some of the most major risk factors for many serious conditions. Could be slightly overweight, but not severly.
