Nausea light headed fatigue headache

I am a 29 year old female and I have had this problem since last Saturday.  I have problems breathing and every time I lay down my head hurts and can't breathe that well. Haven't felt like eating but all I want to do is drink water.  Vomited most of Saturday and felt okay Sundays but today I feel like my head is about to explode.  I am getting dizzy when I walk and blurred vision. I also feel week and I don't know what to do.  Please help.

Is it possible you could be pregnant?  If not, and you don't have a fever or suspect you could have the flu, you for sure need to see a doctor. Those can even be heart related symptoms.

I know a lot of people have been getting sick with the Flu  this month. My Nephew has the same symptoms along with my girlfriend. Have you been traveling at all? Are you running a fever?

You could have severe diabetes. There are a lot of things that you could have, but diabetes and several other things could be very serious. You should go to the ER where you can get checked out and get some blood work.
