Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
Unexplained bleeding as you have, can be due to low platelet, a defect in the clotting mechanism that is unbalanced by hormones released just after eating, very fragile capillary veins (as you appear to bleed from capillary beds only) or due to endometriosis. In fragile capillary veins the walls do not contain collagen or muscle fiber and are very weak. Hyper permeation (increased blood flow) after meals could result in their bleeding. It can also be an extended variant of Rosacea. If you are on any drugs like contraceptive pills or drugs of abuse, then this could also be a side effect of these drugs.
Please consult a vascular specialist and a hematologist regarding this. Take care!

If you have had a dr tell you there is nothing they can do, then I would go see a different dr.  These symptoms are not common or good in any way.  Please, please make an appointment to see another dr.
