Regarding chest swelling

Hi all experts,
     I am 22 yrs old male. My right side of the chest is swelling but there is no pain. It started 1yr before but now it is growing fastly. I am hesitating to consult any doctors. Is this a major problem? Please tell me where to consult and how to proceed further.
