bruising

can bruising be worse by tightning or relaxing muscles

Yes, it is possible if there are fragile capillary veins, then, these can burst on tightening and relaxing the muscles. Deep vein thrombosis can also be a cause. Take care!

actually if you get hurt and you think you might bruise if you apply pressure to the area for a few min it will reduce the amount of bruising you get.. bruising is bleeding under the skin and as with any bleeding if you apply pressure.. its going to bleed less.. thus reducing the size of the bruise. if you tighten your muscles it will most likely hurt but it will get better quicker.. i think its just best to avoid bruising all together lol

No I don't think so, if your going to bruise you are going to bruise- try putting ice on the spot where it is going to bruise beforethe blood settles-it helps not make the bruise so obvious.
