Speech and Sight problems

Just yesterday when I was walking through a mall, I noticed that I was gradually losing sight in my right eye. After about 15 minutes, I could not see out of my right eye. I then was not able to speak properly. I couldn't remember simple words such as "coffee" or how to put a simple sentence together with proper grammar. Instead of ending a word in "ing", I would end it in "une" or "link". I don't know if this was because of the heat (here in Canada, 118 degrees is just a little bit hot), or what ever else. I hope it is nothing too bad.

If it was the heat, other symptoms would have been important to
mention. Unilateral eye vision/sight acting up along w/ words/
speech switched/altered can be simple vascular interruption if
you're not hydrated well, but the fact that vision 'went' & I
guess it's back now should be addressed. If words/writing seems
to continue off/on jumbled, You should go see Dr. & get a brain
MRI. Just to rule out. You may have had a small ischemic stroke.
Sounds scarey but usually is like a burp disturbance in a vessel
that can effect a lobe function. Dehydration effects alot but
fatigue & heat causes brain-overtime. If fine now, talk to doc
so he can decide to test. If speech/word ID continues, get appt
for evaluation. Gd-luck.

I agree; Heat exhaustion, dehydration, and/or electrolyte imbalance can cause such symptoms; if it persists it may be more serious and needs to be followed up by a Doctor.
